1. Information We Collect
When you simply browse the website, we do not ask for identifying information such as your name or email. The following information is collected only when you use the related service:
- Contact, quote and demo forms: full name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Newsletter subscription: your email address and subscription confirmation and cancellation records.
- Job applications: full name, email address, phone number, the position applied for, your cover letter and the CV file you upload.
- Technical information: when you submit a form, your IP address, browser and device information and the page from which the form was submitted are recorded for security and abuse prevention.
- Usage information: only if you consent to analytics cookies, information about how the website is used is collected through Google Analytics (details below).
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your requests and questions, prepare quotes and schedule demos.
- To verify your newsletter subscription and, with your consent, send you newsletters.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to understand how the website is used and to improve it.
- Consent first: analytics cookies are disabled by default when you first visit the website. Thanks to Google's Consent Mode, no analytics cookies are written to your browser unless you consent.
- If you do not consent: limited and aggregated technical signals about page views may be sent to Google, without using cookies and without any identifier intended to identify you. These signals are not used to track individual visitors.
- If you consent: information such as the pages you visit, visit duration, the source from which you came to the website (e.g. a search engine), your approximate location (country and city level), device type, operating system and browser is collected.
- IP address: Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; the IP address is used only briefly to determine approximate location.
- Advertising features: we do not use the ad personalization and Google signals features of Google Analytics.
- Retention period: Google Analytics data is retained for the period set in our account (maximum 14 months) and then deleted automatically.
- International transfer: data collected through Google Analytics may be processed on Google's servers abroad. This transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6698.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. To remove "_ga" cookies that were previously written, you can use your browser's clear cookies feature.
- If you clear your browser data, your cookie preference is also deleted and the cookie banner is displayed again.
6. Sharing of Information
Your information is shared only in the following cases and to the extent necessary:

We retain your information only for as long as required by the purpose of collection and legal retention periods; these periods are detailed in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Technical and administrative measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access authorization, rate limiting on form submissions and storing CV files in a non-public area are applied to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Newsletter and Commercial Electronic Messages
In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the related regulation, newsletters are sent only if you give your consent and confirm your subscription via the link sent to your email. You can end your subscription at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge, using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by writing to info@kyncteknoloji.com.
9. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to our social media accounts, Google Maps and other third-party sites, as well as embedded content (e.g. the map on the contact page). When this content is displayed or the links are clicked, the privacy policy of the relevant third party applies. We are not responsible for the practices of these sites.
10. Children's Privacy
